Dennis T. Croskery
FOUNDER
Chief Executive Officer
MBA earned at Howard University’s School of Business ‘23, where he became a 2022 Marsh McLennan RISE Fellow and 2021 Marriott x Howard Case Competition Grand Prize winning team lead.
Graduated from DeVry University ‘13 earning a Bachelor of Science – Business Administration, and is a member of the National Black MBA Association and the National African American Insurance Association.
Dennis is dedicated to the missions of community driven non-profit organizations in the Metro-Atlanta area.
He’s from Buffalo, NY – and spend his free time dedicated to helping friends and family. He’s passionate about helping others, and as a result of this passion; launched this venture, which received a funding grant by placing as a semi finalist for the 2022 NBMBAA Scale Up Pitch Competition.
Skilled in organizational management, customer service, information technology, creative writing, technical writing and business operations. Soft skills include: public speaking, team motivation, leadership, listening, critical thinking, and perseverance. Focused on helping others with their small business / non-profit development. Volunteer and civic minded community participant. -

Naomi Baptiste
ADVISOR
As a sustainment engineering control account manager , she oversees contracts in high-tech programs like the infrared search and track system. With the nickname of The Expeditor, she delivers.
She also volunteers with the Society of Women Engineers and the National Society of Black Engineers, helping recruit and retain women engineers in the STEM field.

Dr. Michael Ogbolu
ADVISOR
Associate Professor of Management at Howard University School of Business in Washington D.C., where he teaches Entrepreneurship, Small Business Management, New Venture Development, and Organizational Behavior.
He has published several papers in academic journals including the Journal of Developmental Entrepreneurship

Shalonta Bowman
ADVISOR
is a graduate of the illustrious Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD, with a B.S. in psychology. Shalonta is currently pursuing her master’s degree in business administration at Howard University and is on track to graduate in 2023.
She has 6 years of experience in development and fundraising and has strong interest in social justice and finance.
